Modular EtherCAT Motion PLC

• Supports 32-axis EtherCAT bus motion control and absolute/relative, speed, torque, jog control, and interpolation functions; supports a maximum of 72 EtherCAT slaves.
• Supports RS485, CAN, Ethernet, and EtherCAT ports to implement multi-level network communication, with the Ethernet port supporting the Modbus TCP protocol and socket communication.
• Implements 32-axis motion control based on PLCopen commands; supports 4-axis 200 kHz pulse output and 4-channel 200 kHz high-speed input.
• Adopts LD/SFC programming. Process instructions are encapsulated using the FB/FC function to build a customized process library for program reuse. The library is reused in a way that the programs are invisible to protect independently-developed processes.
• Provides 16 inputs and 14 outputs, including 4 high-speed inputs, 4 medium-speed inputs, and 4 high-speed outputs, which can implement 4-axis pulse output and 4-axis encoder counting; supports a maximum of 16 local expansion modules.
• Supports linear and circular interpolation; supports electronic cam and electronic gear (the pulse axis and EtherCAT axis can be used with the cam and interpolation functions).
